Danza del Alma/Dance of the Soul meets every/cada Wednesday/Miercoles, 6-7:30PM, & Sundays/Domingos, 10:30AM-12PM. Bellas Artes Salon de Danza. $70pesos Danza del Alma is an unguided, free expression form of dance where the music, and hence the body, follows an arch of rhythm from slow and fluid for warm up, to fast and uninhibited in the middle, to calm and meditative for warm down. All welcome. No experience or registration required. La Danza del Alma es una forma de danza libre, sin guía, donde la música, y por ende el cuerpo, sigue un arco de ritmo lento y fluido para calentar, rapido y desinhibirse en el medio, calmar y meditar para el calentamiento.
